Strategically located on Highway 50, this impressive two-sided Digital Bulletin offers a long, highly visible approach to a continuous flow of traffic. This Bulletin is a focal point for commuters, tourists, and travelers. During rush hours the congestion provides for exceptional read times in both directions.
This Digital Bulletin is the only Outdoor medium along the fourteen mile stretch between the State Capital and Rancho Cordova – the two largest employee subcenters in Sacramento. In fact, Rancho Cordova boasts more office space than downtown Sacramento and is home to many Fortune 500 companies such as Vision Service Plan, Aerojet, Franklin Templeton, EDS, and HealthNet.
Eastbound Highway 50 serves as the major freeway connector to the upscale communities east of Sacramento including Fair Oaks, Gold River, Folsom, & El Dorado Hills. It is also the major connector for Bay Area and Sacramento residents in route to the year round recreational activities of South Lake Tahoe. Westbound Highway 50 funnels traffic into the vibrant state capital and the Interstate 80, Interstate 5, & Highway 99 connectors.
The areas parks, rivers and nearby recreation areas make it popular with outdoor enthusiasts. Also in very close proximity are the California State University Sacramento which has a student body of 28,000 and UC Davis Medical Center – the largest non-government employer in the region.
In addition to our ongoing work with AMBER Alerts and FBI Most Wanted, the Sacramento Digital Outdoor Networks are a committed community partner. We have donated countless space on the networks to many local Non-Profit and charitable organizations since our launch in August of 2008. A partial list of organizations that have been served by CCO Sacramento on the Digital Outdoor Networks includes:
New displays offer the best color definition and image quality on par with the latest in high resolution technology. This makes image impurities, such as compression artifacts or color banding very apparent to the viewer. It is very important any content created for digital outdoor does not incur any image/video compression. The content dimensions must match the board resolution exactly.
